Our heart is to make a safe space where everyone feels welcome. While we would value any respectful and reliable roommate, we would also be open to someone who would value being a more involved part of our family meals and rhythms. More life, less loneliness! Please note: sadly, due to past experience, for stays longer than 2 weeks, we now require a half-month's deposit to hold your room, which will be put toward your first month's rent. In case of cancellation with less than 35 days' notice, this deposit is non-refundable. Guests staying longer than 6 months are automatically covered under the host's tenant insurance. Guests with a stay shorter than 6 months are required to sign a waiver of liability & form indicating they have been informed they are not covered by our home insurance. Please contact us with any questions you may have, we would love to work out how to host you!
