Description

Explore Zagreb’s past on my Architecture & History Walking Tour. Begin in the Lower Town, home to grand Neorenaissance palaces and elegant Art Nouveau facades, before continuing to the medieval charm of the Upper Town. Pause at Ban Josip Jelačić Square, then uncover traces of the 20th century, from fascist architecture to the hidden Nazi-era tunnel beneath the city.

Along the way, you’ll meet the stories behind unique streets and remarkable figures like Nikola Tesla and Marija Jurić Zagorka, Croatia’s first female journalist and beloved novelist, as well as Petrica Kerempuh, the folk satirist honored at Dolac Market.

Join me to experience Zagreb in a way you’ll never forget.
