【1hour walking】Learn the History with a Japanese Peace Ambassador
I have lived in Hiroshima for over 20 years and I truly love this beautiful and historical city. Many visitors only see Miyajima and the Peace Park, but Hiroshima has so much more to offer. As a two-time Peace Ambassador of Hiroshima, I have long shared the importance of peace with people from around the world. Through my tours, I reveal the hidden stories behind the monuments of the Peace Park, using photos and storytelling to bring history to life. With my group Wa SHOCK, I also create unique cultural experiences that will surprise and inspire you. My mission is to give you not just information, but a deeper, unforgettable connection to Hiroshima and Japanese culture.

Description
Hiroshima Free Walking Tour
Our story begins at the Atomic Bomb Dome, the silent witness to August 6, 1945. Standing here, you feel the weight of history—but this is only the beginning.
We walk through Hiroshima’s Peace Memorial Park, where each monument tells a hidden story. The Children’s Peace Monument with thousands of cranes, the eternal Flame of Peace waiting for a nuclear-free world, the Cenotaph arch protecting the names of the victims—each place holds meaning often unseen. I will share the stories that bring them to life.
Step by step, you will feel not just sorrow but resilience and hope. The journey ends at the camphor tree outside the Peace Memorial Museum, a hibaku tree that survived the bombing and still grows strong—a living symbol of renewal.
