Step into an atmospheric evening journey through Prague’s Old Town, when shadows lengthen and centuries of myth, heartbreak, and mystery come alive. On this 1½-hour “Ghosts and Legends” walking tour, you’ll wander from the stately Powder Gate at Republic Square through hidden alleys and grand squares. As dusk falls, your guide will share tales of restless spirits, gruesome curses, doomed loves, and forgotten betrayals—stories that haunt the old walls, churches, fountains, and time-worn façades.
You’ll make stops at iconic sites such as the Celetná and Mint, St. James Basilica, Ungelt, Old Town Square, Carolinum, Little Square, the House at the Green Frog, Klementinum, Karlova street, and finish at Křižovnické Square with views of Charles Bridge and Prague Castle. While some stories are chilling, others are oddly humorous or tragic—each adding new layers to the architecture and streets you might have admired by day, but rarely noticed after dark.
