Discover Warsaw: A City of Resilience
I’m a student pilot currently living in Warsaw, though I grew up in Ireland after my Polish parents moved there when I was young. I studied Aerospace Engineering and have a big passion for travelling—so far I’ve visited 46 out of 193 countries. I’m also into distance running, football, skiing, and exploring history, especially from WWI onwards, which makes discovering Warsaw’s past particularly fascinating.

Description
I came to Warsaw as a student pilot, planning only to study and fly—but I quickly fell in love with the city. Growing up in Ireland with Polish roots, I knew the history of Poland mattered, but walking these streets turned stories into reality. Every corner of Warsaw holds a secret: resilience, tragedy, and rebirth.
On this tour, I’ll take you beyond the guidebooks. We’ll trace the scars of WWII and the Uprising, step into hidden courtyards of the Old Town, and see how Warsaw rebuilt itself from ashes into one of Europe’s most vibrant capitals. Along the way, I’ll share stories that connect global history to Poland’s own journey, with a few personal reflections that make it all come alive.
📍 Highlights include:
