Description

If you think you've already seen Buenos Aires, wait until you walk through Once with me. Because there's a neighborhood where Yiddish was once a common language, where there's a kosher McDonald's, centuries-old temples, and where history still resonates on every corner.

I'm Matías, a Buenos Aires historian and guide, and a member of the Jewish community. I invite you to explore Once from the inside, on a two-hour tour where we'll discover how this area became the heart of Jewish life in Argentina.

We begin our journey in front of the historic Yiddish Theatre , where we'll relive a vibrant cultural scene that few know about. We'll walk to the kosher McDonald's , a curiosity that opens the door to the Kosher District , where ancient traditions coexist with modern life.

We'll visit (from the outside) the majestic Great Paso Temple , and continue through the textile zone , where generations of immigrants built their dreams. We'll also pass by the Sephardic Temple , a symbol of the community's internal diversity.

The tour includes a special stop in front of the AMIA , the institutional epicenter and place of remembrance, to discuss the attack and the community work that continues. We conclude with a moving Memory Walk , where we reflect on identity, history, and resilience.

💬 This isn't just another tour. It's an experience where you'll hear stories, understand how Jewish and Argentine cultures intertwine, and see a side of Buenos Aires that few travelers know.
