Legacy of the Republic: Old City Dubrovnik Tour
Hi, my name is Đani Pionić and I was born and raised in the beautiful city of Dubrovnik, where I still live today. I studied tourism and hospitality at FMTU in Opatija, near Rijeka. I'm passionate about history and sports, and I really enjoy meeting new people and discovering their customs and ways of life. I'm friendly, easygoing, and always happy to share stories about my hometown. I look forward to showing you the hidden corners of Dubrovnik and giving you an authentic local experience!

We will meet at the Jewish Fountain located just outside the Pile Gate. The fountain is a small stone structure near the bus stop. To help you find me easily, I’ll be holding a small Croatian flag.

Important Information:
Please note that this is an outdoor walking tour and does not involve going inside museums, churches, or fortresses.
Also, in accordance with city regulations, walking through the Old Town in swimwear or without a shirt is not allowed
Helpful Tip:
I recommend bringing a bottle of water, as Dubrovnik can get very hot, especially in the summer. The city also has many steps, but nothing too challenging — just wear comfortable shoes and take your time.
