I'm Jade, and I grew up between the Loire Valley, Lake Annecy and the Atlantic Ocean, before settling on the Mediterranean coast 3 years ago. I've always enjoyed helping my friends discover my country, my region and my culture. I'm passionate about history and cookery, and did a Masters in Food Culture and Heritage. I love spending time in the sun, savouring chocolate (doesn't everyone?), dancing to Latin rhythms and above all... cooking! ----- Je suis Jade, j’ai grandi entre la vallée de la Loire, le lac d’Annecy et l’océan Atlantique, avant de poser mes valises sur la côte méditerranéenne il y a 3 ans.
