the guide will be at the middle of the square next to the monument wearing a stamped hat saying " Alpaca Steps"
Description
1. Sweet beginning – Api with pastel
We’ll start with a warm glass of api, a traditional spiced purple corn drink, served with a freshly fried cheese empanada.
We will tell you the story of this ancient Andean recipe and why locals still love it at night.
2. Bold flavors – Anticucho stop
Next, we head to one of the city’s most famous anticucho stands.
You’ll taste grilled beef heart skewers, marinated with local spices, served with potatoes and spicy peanut sauce.
3. Strong finish – Té con té
We end the night like true locals — with a hot té con té, a herbal tea with a “special” kick of singani (our national spirit)
It's the perfect way to warm up, share a laugh, and close the evening.
Please note:
- Average price for the food will be: 60 bs
(around $8,7 / €8)
Please bring it in chash because we will pay individual bills as maybe some people might share one snack and others would like to repeat one.

Important Note:
Please be aware that we do not have any formal agreements or partnerships with the vendors featured in the tour. The food and products are selected based on their quality and authenticity.
