Description
If you've just arrived in Vienna, this free tour is the perfect way to explore the Austrian capital.
At the scheduled time, we'll begin the tour at Maria Theresien-Platz, between the Art History Museum and the Natural History Museum, from where we'll explore the city's most monumental corners.
We'll talk about the history of Austria and its capital, as well as the Habsburg dynasty, which ruled much of Central Europe for over 600 years.
You'll also learn about Vienna's importance in the world of classical music, and, of course, you'll discover Austrian food culture, including its famous cafés, which were once a meeting point for philosophers, writers, and artists.
After two and a quarter hours, we will end the tour at the emblematic St. Stephen's Square (Stephansplatz).
