You'll learn about the unique elements and celebrations that characterize Užupis. Together we'll decode the intriguing statements of the Užupis Constitution as well as uncover lesser-known spots and hidden artworks, from striking murals to fascinating sculptures. We'll visit Independence Square and the Užupis Parliament, and if we're lucky, we'll even meet the famous Užupis cats.
Additionally, the Užupis Free Walking Tour will take us beyond Užupis to explore its neighboring area, Paupys, and we'll climb to the charming Bernardine Cemetery. Local lore suggests that these scenic paths have inspired many artists, both local and visiting, over the years.
