Description
São Paulo was built on top of a hill. In old times, at the beginning of the colonization period, society had to be constructed around rivers and lakes, and it wasn’t different for São Paulo - we can notice the change in the geography as we walk. Nowadays, we cannot see the existence of almost any river, like Anhangabaú anymore - or can we? Can’t we see the changes the existence of the river had on the city, hear the sound of the current below the concrete and the life that emerged through that? I bet we can.
The places we’re going to visit in this tour are some of the most known in the city, but few people understand the history behind it.
Come with me to get to know São Paulo better! See you there.
