You will taste cuisine from North, Central, and South Vietnam.
Get picked up at the meeting point, Huyen Sy Church, and then we leave the tourist area behind and walk to the local area. Start your food adventure in the non-tourist district.
I designed the tour with many dishes with small bites. You can order as much as you want, and if you feel full, you can skip some food stops on the tour. However, you can watch how vendors make the dishes and take pictures. Most of the food stops, and we will share meals to eat together.

Itinerary of the tour:
1. We fill our stomachs with specialty food in town " Bo La Lot", the southern dish origin, learning the story of how this family business has been opening for 28 years and became famous. This restaurant was selected by Michelin and Anthony Bourdain used to eat here.
2. Walking down the tiny alleyways to a local vendor selling tasting 'Bánh Xèo" and "Bánh Khọt" – The Central and South Rice Pancake with a lot of fresh Vietnamese vegetables and herbs.
3. Explore the local area, where you can grab a beer to drink while walking like a gangster in town to the fourth dish called "Vietnamese Pizza" from Central Highland Area.
4. Catch your breath by trying the fresh sugar cane juice at the second-hand and seafood markets.
5. Tasting the northern dish "Xoi Man," hot sticky rice, pate, sausages, pork floss, & herbs or "Banh Mi"
6. Next stop, seafood vendors, we have a food challenge depending on how dare you want to try: Scallops, Clams, Snails grilled with pepper, and Baluts. We must try at least three dishes here. Visting the oldest apartments to truly feel local lives here, watching local people activities at night, and taking stunning photos in this area.
7. Last stop, we cross the street to explore D10 and stop at the most famous street food market and biggest flower market. It's time to eat the best Coconut Ice Cream in the street market, and drink homemade rice wine from a lady vendor. We walk to the main road and take a cab to return!
