Im Lan, Hoianese for your local food adventure who will lead you through the rice fields and alleys of Hoi An. The tour usually begins in the afternoon when the city comes alive with food stalls
We will cycle through the ricefield streets and alley . you'll encounter more local vendors.
Throughout the tour, I will share insights into the history and cultural of each dish, as well as the cooking techniques and ingredients used. You'll also have the chance to interact with local vendors, witnessing their passion for food and their unique skills.
By the end of the tour, you'll have experienced of flavors and dishes that make Hoi An's street food so beloved.
