Hello! I'm Victoria, an official guide passionate about history, culture... and Cádiz! I'm accredited by the Andalusian Regional Government as an Official Guide, and for years I've been fortunate enough to show people from all over the world the most beautiful and special corners of this city. I know Cádiz well and I love accompanying visitors to discover its charm, history, and those details that often go unnoticed. My goal is for you to take home not only photos, but also great memories. Fancy exploring Cádiz with me? And if you prefer a more personalized experience, you can check out my private tours at www.destinocadiztours.com. I'd be happy to organize something just for you!

Description

On this tour, we'll walk through the most emblematic corners of Cádiz and I'll tell you the fascinating history behind the oldest city in the West, enlivened with interesting stories and anecdotes from the city.

Over the course of these 2.5 hours, you'll learn to identify the house of a porter from the Indies, discover some hidden gems of our heritage, and learn why Cadiz was the only city in Spain that Napoleon couldn't enter, among many other things!

From our meeting point next to the town hall in Plaza San Juan de Dios, let me guide you through our 3,000 years of history in a dynamic and entertaining way so you can better understand the Cádiz of today and the leading role we played in the past, making a special stop to talk about "La Pepa," the first Spanish Constitution of 1812.

** The tour will depart with a minimum of 5 people

** Dog friendly. You can bring your pet along, as the entire route is outdoors.

*** GROUP POLICY:

Guruwalk has a group policy option that requires an advance payment of €10 per adult and €5 for children under 14 if there are 7 or more people coming together.
If you are a group of 7 or more, you must make a joint reservation by specifying the total number of people coming and selecting the payment commitment box at the start of the tour.

If the group is divided into several smaller reservations to avoid this payment commitment, but it is determined at the start of the tour that it is a single group, this payment will still be required in advance.

The reason for this measure is to ensure payment commensurate with the value of the guide's work.

** The route may be subject to changes. We always strive to ensure the best possible development of the activity and the best experience for our visitors.
