Duration
2:30 hours

Cristóbal

I am a geography student, that is, I am interested in the relationship between human beings and the land that surrounds them, I am precisely trying to carry out this through the tours that I have been taking for some time now.

Pickup

I will be right in front of the entrance of the Theater of the University of Chile, with a black jockey and a black backpack, also with a red cloth. You must arrive at the "Plaza Baquedano" area, close to the "Baquedano" subway station , which is a combination of Line 1 (red) and Line 5 (green)

Description

Santiago is a city embraced by imposing mountains, that is why I invite you to a walk through the iconic Cerro San Cristóbal , so that you can learn about the identity of the Chilean capital from another point of view . During the tour, apart from a pleasant walk, we will travel by funicular and cable car. Added to that:

  •  You can enjoy one of the best views of Santiago .
  • You will learn about the different secrets that the hill keeps, touring the ruins of important architectural works from the past.
  • We will learn about the Andes mountain range, its historical and cultural importance.
  •  During the tour, we will stop to learn about iconic spaces that bring Santiago to life, stories and elements that are part of Chilean culture.

Some comments:

  1.  It is recommended to bring water and sunscreen.
  2.  The value of the Cable Car is 1,850 CLP (approximately 2 dollars )
  3.  The value of the Funicular is 1,400 CLP (approximately 1.5 dollars )
