Free Tour of the Historic Center of Athens
Hello everyone, my name is Evangelos and I am a history and archeology teacher. I have knowledge about the history and culture of the city of Athens and I am very encouraged to introduce my city to all visitors and enjoy with them all the special moments that this tour can offer us.

Welcome, travelers! Meet the Living History Tour of Athens.
This tour includes the most iconic spots in central Athens. The tour begins at the entrance of the Acropolis Museum , on the city's most beautiful and historic street, Dionysius the Areopagus .
Next, we will pass through the Thisio neighborhood , where we can walk around the ancient Agora of Athens and observe the Parthenon and other monuments of the Acropolis in detail .
Next, we will continue through the Monastiraki neighborhood and through the ancient streets of Plaka, ending at the Andrianos Gate , outside the Temple of Zeus.
I invite you on this historical journey that will help you explore the city of Athens from the perspective of an Athenian with a wealth of knowledge and untold stories about the city of Athens.
