To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total trek cost is required. Please make the payment while booking, and provide us with the transaction details for confirmation. The remaining 50% of the total trek cost must be paid no later than 20 days before your arrival date in Kathmandu.
Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: 25% of the total trek cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure: 50% of the total trek cost will be charged as cancellation fees. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: 100% of the total trek cost will be charged as cancellation fees.
