Should I book pre/post tour accommodation?

To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total trek cost is required. Please make the payment while confirming, and provide us with the transaction details for confirmation. The remaining 50% of the total trek cost must be paid no later than 20 days before your arrival date in Kathmandu.

What is cancellation policy?

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your booking for the Everest Base Camp trek. Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total trek cost will be charged. Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trek cost will be charged. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total trek cost will be charged.
