To confirm your booking, a deposit of 50% of the total trek cost is required. Please make the payment while confirming, and provide us with the transaction details for confirmation. The remaining 50% of the total trek cost must be paid no later than 20 days before your arrival date in Kathmandu.

Please review our cancellation policy below: Cancellation more than 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 25% of the total trek cost will be charged. Cancellation between 15 to 30 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 50% of the total trek cost will be charged. Cancellation less than 15 days before departure: A cancellation fee of 100% of the total trek cost will be charged.
